The One of A Kind Show opened on Thursday November 28. If you are looking for unique, local items to purchase, this is the place to go. Some things are really cool but I particularly love the food aisle as you can literally graze lunch with crab and lobster dips, Asian and Mexican fare and all sorts of yummy jams, sweets and salsas. LOVE! The show happens at Exhibition Place and goes until December 8. If you can, try going through the week; it's a zoo on the weekend.
The Cascade of Lights happens at Nathan Phillip Square (Queen Street West) tomorow starting at 7 p.m. This is a wonderful event, lighting of the tree, skating in front of City Hall...great for a family gathering.
There are all sorts of craft shows and events happening all over the city as our Christmas/Hannakah season begins. Check out your local newspaper for a list of happenings.
